Influenced by his father, he began playing bon daiko at local Bon Odori festivals at the age of three. At ten, he joined a local wadaiko (Japanese drum) group and started learning the shinobue (bamboo flute) around the same time.
In his first year of junior high school, he joined a junior team produced by wadaiko performer Hiroyuki Hayashida. He began performing both domestically and internationally, including at charity concerts for the Great East Japan Earthquake, international festivals, and folk art events abroad.
During this period, he studied shinobue under shinobue performer Yasuichi Kano and Tsugaru-style flute player Bunta Sato, refining his flute techniques. At 15, he won second place in the 2nd Internet Shinobue Contest.
In 2020, he began working as a support member for the Japanese traditional instrument band “ZI-PANG.” That same year, he formed the Japanese Cultural New Music Band “Dorian Alein,” releasing six singles and officially launching his career as an artist.
Currently, as a solo shinobue performer, he participates in various projects, embracing both classical performance styles and a flexible approach that seamlessly integrates into the modern music scene.
